B*sh Takes Responsibility For Failures in Storm Response the First Time In His Life

NEW ORLEANS BARBADOS, Sept. 13 - President B*sh said today that he accepted responsibility for the extent to which the federal government fell short in the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. He quickly added, "but don't tell anyone, I don't want to ruin my perfect reputation for being irresponsible. Really, it's not my fault. Karl told me to do this."
